3. Project engineering

• Ensuring the passenger information and security system fulfils client needs and objectives

4. Custom engineering

• Ensuring every aspect of the configuration fulfils the specific needs of each application
• Electrical: hardware/firmware meets all client requirements
• Mechanical: design is aesthetic and practical for the particular transit environment
• Optical: brightness and viewing angles deliver maximum visibility
• Video Surveillance: determine location of cameras and set video frame rate for streaming   and recording as required by transit authorities

Manufacturing Services:

All manufacturing processes are ISO 9001 certified as required to ensure electronic assemblies perform in the most severe climates and transit system environments.

1. Printed Circuit Board (PCB) assembly

• Assembly of PCBs using state-of-the-art surface mount and through hole technologies
• Testing is performed at the in circuit, functional, system and environmental levels

2. System assembly and validation

• Components assembly as per product design specifications
• System performance validation in accordance with test and commissioning qualification documents
